Previously, User ID & Password were mandatory details required to login to the BIS portal. However, to ensure a more efficient process, an option to access the portal with a registered email ID is now available. This also helps those who have issues such as an invalid password
Steps to follow:
- Click on the following link https://www.crsbis.in/BIS/authlg/restLgn.do
- Enter registered email ID (the same email id which was used at the time of portal creation)
- OTP will be sent to respective email ID by BIS
- Enter the OPT and login
