Extension of MTCTE Phase III and Phase IV

On June 23rd, 2023, TEC released a notification to extend the mandatory date of certification for Phase-III and Phase-IV Products. These dates are effective immediately as below- 

1. For 32 ER Category amongst Phase-III & Phase-IV the mandatory date of certification is extended by 3 months I.e., from 01-07-2023 to 01-10-2023. The list of such products is placed in Annexure-I of the official notification. 

1. For 12 ER Category amongst Phase-III and Phase-IV the mandatory date of certification is extended by 6 months I.e., from 01-07-2023 to 01-01-2024. The list of such products is placed in Annexure-II of the official notification.
