  • Decision N°226/ARCEP/DG/22 was released by the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Posts (ARCEP) on December 30, 2022.
  • This decision was made by determining the categories of low-power devices (LPDs) and short-range devices (SRDs) and the technical conditions necessary for their operation
  • Furthermore, since the previous version of 2019, there has been a rise in demand for the approval and use of the newly allotted bands for different SRD.
  • The decision is now in force.
