MEITY had notified Television Sets to comply with additional Indian Standard IS 18112: 2022 under CRO VI in 2023 which was given the date 26th April, 2025 to come into effect.
Whereas, with the issues involved have been discussed with the stakeholders for smooth implementation of the Order.
So MEITY hereby granted another 6 months of extension to the date of implementation of the Order which stands now as 26th, October, 2025.
