As part of the initiatives to promote Ease of Doing Business, the NCCS has approved a downward revision in the Security Test Report Evaluation Fee, effective 01st August 2025.
Revised Fee Structure:

D | ₹50,000 |
Exemption:
The fee is fully exempted for applications submitted by Government R&D Institutes (e.g., CDOT, CDAC) for product certification till 31st March 2028.
This is a welcome move to support innovation, encourage indigenous development, and simplify the certification process for OEMs and public institutions.
