BEE has given one more chance to Non-Compliant Permittee(s) who failed to submit the production data and Labelling fee for FY 17-22.
BEE portal of permittees has been suspended and registered models in the portal have been cancelled. However, there is one more chance for manufacturers to register again and register the model in BEE.
i)An online request has to be sent to BEE to activate the portal.
ii)Upload the product data and labelling fee with 10% increase per annum in the portal within 20 days of the timeline.
ii)Resubmit the application of model registration in BEE portal.
