The MTCTE Portal was down for 2 days – 25th & 26th November 2023 due to maintenance. The portal has been updated with the latest information along with a few new tabs such as the Voluntary Certification Login and Report Uncertified Products tabs.
The report uncertified products tab is a Performa for lodging complaints about sale / deployment/ import of uncertified MTCTE product. There are few details regarding the complaint about the product to be filled in on the form and submitted to MTCTE with supporting documents of the uncertified products.
