What is Blockchain Verification?

Blockchain Verified Sweden AB (BCVS) has developed a pioneering, Ethereum blockchain-based document authentication platform that creates a unique, immutable digital fingerprint for every document — making tampering instantly detectable, eliminating forgery, and providing instant, globally verifiable proof of authenticity. Importantly, your document itself is never stored on the blockchain. Only its unique fingerprint is recorded. Your confidential information remains private. Even the smallest alteration — a changed comma, a deleted full stop, or a modified character — produces a different fingerprint and immediately identifies the document as unauthentic.

For example: a 700-page test report is authenticated within seconds with zero compromise on the document with confidentiality, since only the fingerprint — never the content — is recorded on the blockchain. No data is saved except the fingerprint of the whole document. A single character like a dot or comma changed in the document will mark the document as unauthentic.
