BIS conducted a meeting to look at the testing requirements and capability on mandatory Cyber Security testing regime for CCTV Cameras. The meeting was held on 27th June, 2024 at BIS. All CCTV Cameras are mandated to be tested as per ‘essential security parameters’
The said order will be effective from 9th October 2024.

ACCC Publishes Updated Product Safety Mandatory Reporting Guidelines
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has published updated Product Safety Mandatory Reporting Guidelines, dated July 2026. The guidelines
