1.E-waste: The deadline for filing quarterly and annual both returns under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 and its amendments has been extended to 31st January 2025 for the FY 2023-24.
2. Plastic Waste: The timeline for filing annual returns (Ars)only under Plastic Waste Management Rules, 2016 (as amended) has been extended till 31st January 2025 for FY 2023-24 by PIBOs, and Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs). This decision has been taken into consideration in continuation to the Show Cause Notice issued to all the registered PIBOs (Ref File No.: CP-20/17/2024-UPC-II-HO-CPCB-HO dtd 30.12.2024).
3. Battery Waste: The deadline for filing quarterly and annual both returns under the Battery Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 and its amendments has been extended to 31st March 2025 for the FY 2023-24.
