IP Testing Services (IEC 60529)

We provide comprehensive Ingress Protection (IP) testing services in accordance with IEC 60529 to verify enclosure protection against dust and water ingress. IP testing ensures product safety, reliability, and performance under intended environmental conditions, supports compliance with international standards, and reduces the risk of failures in real-world applications.
Our IP Testing Capabilities
We are fully equipped to perform IP tests up to IP68, covering IP1X to IP6X and IPX1 to IPX8. This enables us to evaluate products exposed to environments ranging from indoor conditions to harsh outdoor and submerged applications.

Solid Object & Dust Protection
We assess enclosure resistance to solid objects and dust using standardized probes and dust chambers as defined in IEC 60529.
Test coverage includes:
- Protection against accidental contact and foreign objects
- Dust-protected and dust-tight enclosure validation
- Visual inspection and functional verification after testing

Water Ingress Protection
Our water ingress tests simulate real-world exposure such as rain, splashing, jets, and immersion. All tests are performed under controlled flow rates, pressure, and durations, followed by enclosure inspection and performance checks.

Temperature and humidity testing is performed to ensure that products can reliably operate and maintain performance under the environmental conditions specified in their instruction manuals or technical specification sheets. It provides objective evidence of product durability against thermal stress, moisture, and condensation, validates design claims, and reduces the risk of field failures, ensuring compliance with stated performance specifications.
