The deadline for filing quarterly and annual both returns under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 has been extended to 31st August 2024 for the FY 2023-24.

The timeline for filing annual returns only under Plastic Waste Management Rules has been extended to 30th September 2024 for FY 2023-24 by PIBOs, and Plastic Waste Processors (PWPs) registered during FY 2022-24.
These extensions were much needed for Producers, Importers and Brand Owners (PIBOs).
