Recently, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) of the Philippines has announced the Memorandum Circular No. 03-05-2007,” which introduces a newly proposed circular regarding the opening of Wi-Fi 6E on 5th July 2024.
This circular will be effective on 20th July.
This circular will include the 5925-6425 MHz frequency band for RLAN and HIPERLAN Short-Range Devices (SRDs).
Additionally, the amendment specifies that the limit values of technical parameters must not be exceeded.
