With reference to the existing WPC ETA approval process and to further continue the ease of doing business Authority has notified the following:
- Applicants to continue to submit all the requisite documents on SaralSanchar portal and pay the fee to the Regulator
- Upon successful submission applicants can download the ETA Certificates from the portal.
- ETA Certificates are granted to ensure the device compliance as per RF Regulations
- No Objection Certificate/other clearances have to be obtained as applicable from DGFT before importing the Equipments
- All import Regulations as applicable has to be met as per DGFT requirements.
